Happy Sunday everyone! I hope you're all having a great weekend :)
I want to start this post by thanking everyone that entered the W7 Giveaway! We had over 200 entries!!! I will be announcing the winner either later today or tomorrow. So keep an eye on your emails ;)
So onto the nails!
A couple of weeks ago Barry M launched a brand new collection of quick dry nail polishes in nine beautiful pastel shades, and I have the colour Stop The Clock to share today.
Stop the clock is a pale buttery yellow creme, quite different to how it appears in the bottle. In the swatches I am wearing three coats of colour, no top coat -
I found the first two coats of this polish very streaky and patchy, but after the third it smoothed out beautifully. I like the checkered flag lid, I think it's a lot of fun and complements the collection well! And do they actually dry quickly? Well, yes they do! Even with three coats, my nails were touch dry in under two minutes.
To be perfectly honest, quick drying nail polish isn't really a life changer for me personally, as I always use a fast drying top coat (usually Seche Vite) but I am still impressed by the results and I would definitely recommend these Speedy Quick Dry's to a girl in a hurry :)
I am also loving the new rounded flat brush!
I think this also lends itself to a quick application and I am a huge fan of a flat brush anyway! I just find them so much easier to work with.
Barry M Speedy Quick Dry nail paints are £3.99 each, and I purchased mine from Boots. Check out the collection at Barrym.com.
