Beauty uk - Printworks

Today I have a swatch to share of, what I'm ashamed to admit is my first ever textured polish! I picked up Beauty uk's Grit FX polish in Printworks from the clothing store Select for £3.49.

Printworks is a turquoise blue polish with, well, a gritty texture!

This polish surprised me as instead of being a smooth creme that dries textured, it actually contains almost like little sand particles. That being said, it still applies really nicely, as if it was a creme. 

It dries super quick and is ready to go in a matter of a few minutes, even for two coats.

This may have been my first textured polish, but it definitely won't be the last!

IDC Color - #25

Just a quickie today!! A few weeks ago (I know I've been slack!) I went on holiday to Spain, and I couldn't help myself. I came across a little beauty shop whilst I was souvenir shopping and I picked up a couple of little pretties!

The one I'm sharing today is by a brand called IDC Color and is number 25 (I think, because I can't find a name.)

A lovely rosy pink creme that was lovely to apply and opaque in two coats - 

Polish was only 1.50 Euro's, another reason to not say no :)

Models Own Velvet Goth - Valerian + Absinthe

So I finally gave in and got my hands on a couple of Models Own Velvet Goth polishes. I have to admit after seeing various swatches online I wasn't too impressed, but I'm so glad I purchased these!

The idea of these polishes is that they have a matte 2D finish whilst remaining sparkly, and I must say they really do achieve this. I'll let the polishes speak for themselves :)

The colours I got are called Valerian and Absinthe -

I'm wearing two coats in the photo's.

These are, by a long way, my favourite ever Models Own polishes. They are quite tricky to apply as with them being matte, they do dry pretty quickly, but that is my only grumble!

I love the lids of the polishes too, as they have the velvet texture to go with the Velvet Goth name and they feel and look super luxurious.

Absinthe is my fave out the two colours, but I think I may have to get the rest of the collection :)

NYX - Moonwalk

Sorry for the super quick post today, I'm in such a rush!!!

Today, I have a swatch of NYX Moonwalk to share. My first NYX polish, and I love it! Moonwalk has a deep brown/green base packed full of small and large hexagonal silver glitter pieces. So much fun :) I'm wearing three coats in the pics -

Sinful Colors - Thimbleberry with Nail Junkie accent

If you follow me on Twitter or Google+, you may have seen that a little while ago I showed my mini Sinful Colors haul from Boots. I purchased 5 colours and I have two to share with you today. They are Thimbleberry and Nail Junkie -

I'm wearing two coats of Thimbleberry in the photo's. I then added one coat of Nail Junkie as an accent - 

As Nail Junkie has a jelly base, I really like how the pink was transformed into a gorgeous deep raspberry colour which really brings out the blue glitter.

Swatches - Chanel Collection Superstition Autumn 2013

Following on from Friday's post, I now have swatches of the Autumn collection from Chanel, Collection Superstition, to share.

There are three polishes in the collection - 

L-R, Elixir, Alchimie and Mysterious

First is Elixir, a grey toned pink creme - 

Alchimie, a metallic golden kakhi - 

And Mysterious, a dark charcoal kakhi creme -
